Direct Printed Listing Sign, without glossy lamination or holes/grommets standard. This product is water resistant and weather resistant. 

Charles Town, Frederick, and Rehoboth office agent signs have specific Broker info. All other signs will receive the standard brokerage info shown in the product image, unless requested in writing at the time of purchase.

Production time

Standard production is 3 business days. Rush options are available for standard designs ONLY (No picture or customization).

Materials and Specifications

When selected, holes/grommets are spaced at 19" on top and 14" on bottom of the sign.

The standard print material is white coroguated plastic. This material is weather resistant.

Please be mindful these are direct printed, corrugated signs. Because of the printing method, while pictures can be used, they are not recommended as the print may come out with a red/pink hue (sunburn effect) due to color variations in camera color profiles we cannot control. As such, we are not responsible for issues that arise from pictures on these signs. 

Standard signs without pictures do not receive a proof and go straight to production. Requests for proofs need to be made at the time of ordering via email to [email protected].

These templates have been reviewed and approved by Samson and meet advertising requirements in MD, VA, and DC. The phone number at the bottom is the broker's number as required in all states. If you would like alternate information for your office or brokerage, you need to send it in an email with your order. We are NOT responsible for illegal signs, deviating from the approval templates.
