Our Listing Signs are made from heavy weight aluminum and another option provided on our product page is ACM.
This is Aluminum Composite Material. It is 2 sheets of lightweight aluminum with composite plastic sandwiched in-between.
This makes a thicker, more rigid sign. This is the same material used in making highway signage.
Our normal turn around on most products is 3 business days from approval on applicable items and from the order on standard items.
Business cards however, generally take 5-7 business days from the approved artwork.
RUSH services are either 1 or 2 business days, from the time of approval on applicable items and from the order on standard items. Orders places after 12pm during normal business hours will be considered the next business day.

Items with RUSH Services added can be rush for pickup in our Manassas location or shipped. Other items in your order will be created in the normal turn around time. We will not RUSH deliver items to Chantilly as delivery is only on Fridays.

Please contact us immediately. Take pictures of the damaged sign and the packaging. UPS will require these pictures to show it was packaged properly and it was their fault. The replacement process is very straight forward.
